Purchase and order information

  1. PLACING AN ORDER, GETTING THE GOODS, PAYMENT OPTIONS
    1.1. Select the desired goods from the e-store and add to the shopping cart.
    1.2. When ordering from the Tervise Abi e-store, the minimum shopping cart amount is 9 euros.
    1.3. Check the contents of the shopping cart and choose the delivery method:
    – I’ll pick you up myself (Ädala 11, Tallinn)
    – SmartPOST parcel machine (Estonia, Finland)
    – Omniva parcel machine
    – Omniva Courier
    1.4. After confirming the order, the goods will be sent to the address specified by you in the form or to the parcel machine of your choice. Products with large dimensions and weighing more than 30 kg can be delivered either by Omniva courier or you can pick them up at the Tervise Abi Ädala sales point at Ädala 11 Tallinn. The goods can be picked up during the opening hours of the Ädala sales point.
    1.5. Select “Bank links” as the payment method.
    Before paying the invoice, we ask the customer to check that the information provided on the invoice corresponds to the customer’s actual wishes.
    1.6. Fill in the contact data form (prior registration is not necessary). For repeated purchases, it is possible to register as a customer so as not to enter the same data repeatedly.
    1.7. Read the terms of use and tick the box above (required).
    1.8. After paying for the goods:
    1.8.1. An automatic e-mail with an invoice will be sent to you immediately, in which you will find a list of purchased goods with their cost and the total amount of the purchase.
    1.8.2. After payment, the details of your purchase will be checked and the goods will be sent to you within 1-7 working days.
    1.9. If you have chosen a bank transfer from another bank as the payment method, after confirming the order, you will be sent an invoice by e-mail, on the basis of which you can pay for the purchase. The goods will be sent to you within 1 – 7 working days after receiving the payment for the purchase.
    1.10. The sales contract between the seller and the customer enters into force from the receipt of the entire purchase amount paid by the customer to the seller’s current account.
    1.11. In the event that the customer discovers upon receiving the goods that the wrong or defective goods have been sent to him or the goods do not reach the customer in good condition and in a closed package, the customer must immediately contact the seller’s representative by writing to the e-mail address info@terviseabi.ee or by contacting the Tervise Abi Ädala sales point , at Ädala 11 Tallinn.
    1.12. The seller is responsible for the goods purchased by the customer during their transportation. From the moment the goods are received, the risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the customer.
    1.13. Environmentally hazardous consumables such as accumulators and batteries required for use in the devices sold by the seller are accepted free of charge in all Tervise Abi stores. Large electronic waste should be taken to an appropriate waste collection station. The locations of waste stations can be found here.
  2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    2.1 These sales conditions of the Tervise Abi OÜ e-store (hereinafter: e-shop) apply to purchases from the Tervise Abi OÜ e-store at the internet address http://terviseabi.ee/. The seller of the goods is Tervise Abi OÜ (hereinafter: the seller), address Ädala 11 Tallinn 10614, registry code 11051880, phone +3726737811, e-mail address info@terviseabi.ee. The terms and conditions apply to all legal relationships arising between all persons (hereinafter: the customer) and the seller when purchasing goods through the Tervise Abi e-shop.
    2.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products through the Tervise Abi e-shop are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
    2.3. The seller has the right to unilaterally change and supplement the conditions by publishing the new conditions on the website www.terviseabi.ee. If the customer placed the order before the changes to the terms and conditions came into effect, the legal relationship between the customer and the seller will be subject to the terms and conditions valid at the time the order was placed.
    2.4. When buying from the e-store, the national discount does not apply to the price of the product. To receive a discount, you must contact the nearest Tervise Abi sales point.
    2.5. All items on offer in the e-shop are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If, due to a stock or accounting error, the goods are not immediately available, the amount corresponding to the missing goods will be returned to the customer’s account. You can see the inventory in real time.
  3. PRICE OF ITEM
    3.1. All prices of goods sold in the e-shop are shown in euros and include VAT.
    3.2. When purchasing goods, the customer pays the full sales price of the goods and the delivery fee in advance.
    3.3. The price of the goods may differ in the e-shop and in stores.
    3.4. The price of the Goods and the availability of the Goods may change continuously and without prior notice. If the Buyer has placed an order before the price of the Goods has changed, the current price of the order will apply.
    3.5. The seller has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded through the e-store and not deliver the ordered goods or not provide the service in the following cases: the goods are out of stock; The product’s price or characteristics have been displayed incorrectly in the e-shop due to a system error.
  4. CLAIMS PROCEDURE
    4.1. If there is a defect in the purchased item or if the customer is not satisfied with the purchased service, the seller must be contacted by phone +372 6737811 or submit a claim in writing, either by e-mail at info@terviseabi.ee or at Ädala 11, Tallinn, 10614.
    4.2. In the complaint, the customer’s name and contact information, the date of filing the complaint, the defect in the product or service, the document proving the purchase, and the recommended solution must be stated in the complaint.
    4.3. In case of non-compliance of the item with the contract conditions, the customer can rely on legal remedies provided by law.
    4.4. The seller is not responsible for any damage or any other consequences arising from incorrect data provided by the customer during the execution of the order, including delivery delay, if this is due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
    4.5. The seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or storage of the ordered goods.
    4.6. Disputes arising between the seller and the customer are resolved by the parties through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the customer has the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Board, the Consumer Disputes Commission and/or Harju County Court for the protection of their rights.
  5. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND RETURN OF GOODS
    5.1. The customer can return goods purchased from the Tervise Abi OÜ e-store within 14 days of receiving the goods using the right of withdrawal. In the case of goods ordered via SmartPOST, a 14-day period is counted from the receipt of the notification of the goods’ arrival at the parcel machine.
    5.2. The product to be returned must be flawless, complete, in the original packaging and without signs of use.
    5.3. The 14-day right of return does not apply to goods that are made considering the customer’s personal needs; for items with closed packaging that are not eligible for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery (for example, cosmetics, underwear, diapers, hosiery, insoles, electrodes, earpieces and batteries).
    5.4. To withdraw from the contract, the customer submits a return form by e-mail to info@terviseabi.ee or at the cash desk of Tervise Abi Ädala head office, Ädala 11, Tallinn. To return the goods, the customer must fill out the return form and return it together with the goods to the cash desk of the Tervise Abi Ädala head office, at Ädala 11 Tallinn, or through the Itella SmartPost / Omniva parcel machine.

    5.6. The customer bears the transport costs associated with the return. The customer has the opportunity to return goods ordered from the online store to the sender within 14 days.     5.7. In the event that the customer has intentionally damaged or damaged the goods to be returned, the seller has the right to demand compensation for the damage caused.
    5.8. The money for the returned goods will be transferred to the customer’s current account within 14 days at the latest.
