BORT select Manuzip® wrist support supports damaged tissue structures. The compression of the product supports the ligaments, while relieving pressure on the joints. In addition, the wrist support helps prevent incorrect movement of the hand. When moving, the compression and silicone pads provide a massage effect that lowers the risk of swelling, helps reduce existing swelling, and speeds up the healing process. The adjustable splint and the adjustable Stabilo® strap ensure secure stabilization of the wrist.
How to use:
Before use, bend the aluminum splint to the desired position.
For a more convenient application, there is an option to open the lock at the thumb.
The Stabilo® strap has a Velcro fastener to fasten the product around the wrist.
INDICATIONS
Chronic post-traumatic or post-operative irritation of the wrist area, including dislocation, wrist arthrosis,
tendinitis.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Peripheral artery disease (PAD), impaired lymphatic drainage and indistinct soft tissue swelling away from applied support, loss of sensation, circulatory problems and skin rash in the treated body area.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
The product is intended for use by one person only.
BORT select Manuzip® wrist support aids the healing process, especially during active activities. If you need to wear the support even at night, avoid hindering blood circulation. If you feel numbness, remove the wrist support or loosen it.
If you have ongoing complaints or if you feel that your complaints are getting worse, consult a doctor. Please do not use creams or other ointments while using the wrist rest as they may damage the material of the product.
The product contains latex and may cause allergic reactions.
