BORT select TaloStabil® ankle orthosis supports damaged tissue structures. The compression of the orthosis supports the ligaments while relieving pressure on the joints. In addition, the support helps prevent incorrect movement of the foot. When moving, the compression and silicone pads provide a massage effect that lowers the risk of swelling, helps reduce existing swelling, and speeds up the healing process.

INDICATIONS
Chronic post-traumatic or post-operative soft tissue irritation of the ankle joint, osteoarthritis, ligament weakness after cast removal, ligament injuries, deformity of the upper ankle joint, tendinopathy.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Peripheral arterial occlusive disease (PAOD), impaired lymphatic drainage and unexplained soft tissue swelling away from applied support, loss of sensation, circulatory problems and skin rash in the treated body area.

COMPOSITION
66% polyamide, 29% elastadiene, 5% elastane.
