Biolito pelvic floor muscle training device

Biolito is designed to achieve the following goals and can be used by patients, therapists and doctors without external assistance:

Incontinence treatment (including postpartum):
– Eliminating faecal incontinence (programs 3 and 4).
– Elimination of urinary incontinence (program 2).
Stress incontinence (program 1, 3, 4)
Mixed incontinence (program 6)
– Alleviation and/or elimination of pain (program 5)

Answer prompts

Under no circumstances should you use Biolito in the following cases:
In patients with pacemakers, as malfunctions may occur. In patients with heart muscle damage or arrhythmias.
When handling potentially dangerous machinery.
When driving a vehicle.
In patients with epilepsy.
If there is severe local inflammation or thrombosis. In case of mechanical intestinal obstruction (ileus).
For febrile illnesses or infectious diseases.
Flammable gas mixtures (anesthetics with air, oxygen or nitrous oxide).
Do not use with a surgical high-frequency device as burns may occur under the electrodes.
When using contraceptive coils containing metal.

Be sure to also adhere to the following basic rules:
Do not stimulate overhead.
Do not overstimulate the carotid nerve (carotid artery).
Do not stimulate in the heart area.
Do not stimulate the eye area.
Do not stimulate the larynx.
Do not stimulate in areas with skin defects.
Do not place the electrodes directly on the spine.
