Ankle support supports damaged tissue structures (joints, ligaments, joint capsules, cartilage). The compression of the product supports the ligaments, while relieving pressure on the joints.

When moving, the padding provides a massage effect that lowers the risk of swelling and helps reduce existing swelling.

How to use:

1. Before putting it on, open the velcro fastenings.
2. Pull the ankle support over the leg.
3. Place your foot on the floor and first fasten the upper and then the lower velcro.

INDICATIONS

Chronic post-traumatic or surgical irritation of the soft tissues of the ankle joint, deformation, ligament weakness after cast removal, ligament injuries, upper ankle joint deformation, arthrosis.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Peripheral arterial occlusive disease (PAOD), impaired lymphatic drainage and unclear soft tissue swelling away from applied support, loss of sensation and circulatory problems in the ankle joint, skin rash in the treated body area, latex allergy.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

The product is intended for use by one person only. If you have to wear a brace at night as recommended by your doctor, avoid obstructing blood circulation. If you feel numbness, remove the support or loosen it. If you have ongoing complaints or if you feel that your complaints are getting worse, consult a doctor. Do not use creams or other ointments while using the support, as they may damage the material of the product.

CLEANING

Hand wash the support in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softeners. Close the velcro fasteners to avoid damaging other items being washed. Allow to air dry, avoid heat.
