Immobilization is the basis for treating trauma and overload, the healing process is significantly accelerated. Wrist orthoses support injured tissue structures (joints, ligaments, capsules, cartilage). Compression supports the function of the ligaments by relieving the load on the joint. The aluminum splint is shaped so that the hand is in a relaxed and easy position. In addition, the splint offers protection against wrong movements.

USAGE ​​
​​Bend the aluminum splint as needed before putting on the orthosis. First close the clasp between the thumb and forefinger, then the rest.

INDICATIONS
Pre-operative, post-traumatic or post-operative irritations in the wrist. Restoration of the thumb joint, immobilization in inflammatory rheumatic processes – rhizarthrosis, carpal tunnel syndrome.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Peripheral artery disease, lymph drainage disorder and unclear tissue swelling, sensory loss and blood flow disorders in the corresponding body part, skin irritations in the corresponding body part.
