How to use:
- Remove the teardrop pad from the center of the heel cushion to relieve pressure.
- Place the heel pad in the heel of the shoe, blue part on top.
- Place the second cushion in the shoe of the whole foot. Do not remove the teardrop pad.

Not reusable – this medical device is intended for single patient use. Bort heel cushion for the heel is suitable for any shoe or boot and can be used for a long time with good care. Clean with warm soapy water or isopropyl alcohol to restore tack. Do not move heel cushions from one pair of shoes to another. Frequent changes reduce the effect.
CLEANING
Heel cushions can be hand washed with a mild detergent. Air dry! Do not dry in a dryer or any other way (e.g. on a radiator).
