Perfect for applying directly to stressed muscle areas, including post-workout use. With a silky and oily consistency, it leaves the skin soft and smooth. Also suitable for pregnant and lactating mothers.

Zechstein Inside® magnesium oil

Net quantity 200ml

Ingredients: Water, Magnesium chloride (31%). 1 ml of magnesium oil (about 5-6 sprays) contains 105 mg of magnesium.

Usage:
Spray on the skin and massage in (recommended before going to bed or after washing on damp skin). After drying, a light layer of salt may remain on the skin, which can be washed off after twenty minutes if desired. May cause a short-term tingling sensation on the surface of the skin (especially during the first weeks of use), to prevent/reduce this the oil can be applied to damp/wet skin or diluted with water. Not recommended for use on freshly shaved skin. Use a maximum of 2-3 times a day. Not suitable for children under 10 (magnesium flake baths are ideal for children). Do not use in case of kidney failure, intestinal obstruction, Myasthenia gravis (nerve-muscle weakness disease) and bradycardia (very slow heart rate). For external use. Safe for mucous membranes, but with an unpleasant taste. Eye contact may cause irritation, so the eyes should be rinsed with plenty of water. Store at room temperature, out of reach of children.
