    Pelvic floor muscle training system. A simple and effective way to train the pelvic floor muscles and treat incontinence problems. Aquaflex® vaginal cones are the most widely used pelvic floor training systems in the UK.

    The training system is clinically tested and consists of weighted vaginal cones specially designed to increase the muscle tone of the pelvic floor muscles.

    Vaginal cones help to improve the general state of the pelvis, restore control over the bladder and at the same time improve sexual life and satisfaction. Weighted vaginal cones train the pelvic floor muscles.

    70% of cases of stress incontinence can be treated using vaginal cones.

    Aquaflex® is a safe and natural solution that allows women to take control. When Aquaflex® is inserted in the correct way, the vaginal cones automatically engage the correct muscles to help train the pelvic floor muscles. Aquaflex® is comfortable, effective and easy to use. If you use the training system every day, at least 20 min. during, then you can expect positive results already after 12 weeks. Using Aquaflex® fits very easily into your daily routine.

    Aquaflex strength training program – for your health and well-being

    – Enter a larger cone without adding weight. Stand up and use your pelvic floor muscles, try to keep the empty cone in your vagina. If you can hold the cone without effort, you can already start adding weights. If you can’t do this, lie down with your knees bent and the soles of your feet flat on the surface you’re lying on. Then tighten your pelvic floor muscles while gently pulling on the cord as if trying to pull the cone out.

    Tighten the muscles 10 times, then stand up again and try to keep the cone in place. If it doesn’t last, repeat the exercise the next morning. If you are still unable to keep the cone, consult your doctor who will refer you to a women’s physiotherapist.

    – If holding an empty cone requires effort, it is the right time to start the Aquaflex pelvic floor muscle training program. You can gradually add weights as you feel your muscles getting stronger.

    – If the empty cone stays still in the upright position, pull the cone out and add weights until it takes effort to hold the cone. Then you have found the ideal weight to start exercising.
