The surface of Invacare’s Flo-tech Contour pillow is divided into contoured sections. The unique design improves posture, increases the support surface and effectively disperses body weight from specific body parts. The combination of better posture and body weight distribution is an ideal prevention of bedsores. This heavy pillow can also be used by heavy patients and those at “high risk” of ulcers/bedsores. Molded foam pillow
Because Invacare’s Flo-tech pillow is molded, it allows it to take a three-dimensional shape that conventional pillows cannot. Molded pads are durable and extend the life of the product.
A contoured seating surface provides added stability and postural support; the pad surface also reduces diagonal and frictional forces.
Waterproof coating – the surface is elastic in two directions, water and steam resistant. As additional features, the cover has a non-slip bottom and a handle for carrying the product.
