Wrist orthosis relieves damaged tissue structures (joints, ligaments, joint capsules, cartilage). The compression of the product supports the ligaments, while relieving pressure on the joints. The soft and flexible Stabilo® strap included in the package can be individually adjusted. The product does not slip thanks to the thumb lava.
The plastic splint provides optimal support. The highly elastic support ensures easy application and at the same time a good support effect.
How to use:
Processing of the plastic splint: if necessary, the orthopedic technician can individually adjust the material of the plastic splint at about 180°. Allow the splint to cool and then place it back into the splint pocket of the orthosis.
INDICATIONS
Chronic post-traumatic or post-operative irritation of the wrist area, for example in case of sprains, arthrosis, tenosynovitis.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Peripheral arterial occlusive disease (PAOD), impaired lymphatic drainage and indistinct soft tissue swelling away from applied support, loss of sensation, circulatory problems and skin rash in the treated body area.
COMPOSITION
68% polyamide, 25% elastodiene/latex, 7% viscose.
